It is great to see Navarro Pastor winning back to back matches. The guy is so entertaining to watch.

Poor Sam is still suffering from the sophmore blues.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: Querrey loses to Navarro Pastor 7-5 6-3

yeah I think tangy's probably right. Early next year will be huge for him I think. He was the only american up-and-comer who was posting results, then suddenly Isner appears and steals his thunder. will be interesting to see how it pans out.

I didn't even realize he had briefly gotten himself into the top 50, he hasn't won a match since

Pressure, perhaps. He's scheduled to come to Sacramento for the Challenger next week so I will try to see him play, see if he can win a match here.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Re: Querrey loses to Navarro Pastor 7-5 6-3

another horrible loss for Querrey

what's so exciting about INP. I've never seen him play but based on his results I have a hard time believing he's that entertaining.

by the way is Ivan Navarro someone different? or the same person?

GO NAVARRO PASTOR Anyway sam is in a horrible form this year - he even lost to May? Maybe it's a confidence problem?

it's the same player, just a name reduction and i don't know why

he's a spaniard serve and volley player, that could be a good enough reason to admire him
