Nalbandian's first pro race

He drove a Mitsubishi at a pro rally race last weekend in Argentina. He lost a knockout elimination round, but was happy with his performance.

Wow, not a very popular thread. I think people would prefer David to be training.

Re: Nalbandian's first pro race

. Why doesn't he retire from Tennis? either commit or quit, but with this attitude he'll just be a shitty tennis player and a shitty rally driver.

Re: Nalbandian's first pro race

Hey....how do we know he's not training for tennis...lots of assumptions here without knowing the facts. We'll know in Vienna what his level of training has been this last month...until then let's let him live his life and dreams and not criticise him for not living up to ours.

He's probably not training because... he is driving a damn car! He is probably not injured either, because then he wouldn't participate in a rally.

We do know that there are tournaments being played at the moment, and he is not participating because his prioroties are elsewhere. It's annoying to see how he has all the talent in the world but he just doesn't give a damn. Why can't the rally stuff wait until he's retired from tennis.
