Will Monfils ever win the french?

Apparently, he thinks so.

Nadal is the best at the moment. But I also know that I'm capable of winning Roland Garros. It's not a race. Federer won his first Grand Slam at the age of 23. Noah as well. Each to their own.

wat.

Re: Will Monfils ever win the french?

Why not? He is still young, he can improve the technical side of his tennis, he already is very athletic and most important, he won't collapse in front of a homecrowd, quite the contrary, so yes, I think it is not as absurd as it may sound right now.

Re: Will Monfils ever win the french?

Monfils Fed won his first Slam a month before he turned 22, making him 21 not 23.

I don't think he'll win the French, but who knows. When did he say that?

G. Suburbia is quoting this:
http://www.atptennis.com/1/en/2007ne...fils_sport.asp

But he says that in *every* interview, he says all the time his goal is to win a GS and he thinks he can do it.

And everytime he says it, you've got the same people reacting exactly the same way on MTF, lol. "Groundhog Day" feeling.

Re: Will Monfils ever win the french?

Monfils has a better chance of winning the jimi hendrix look-a-like.
