For stat freaks

Is there any relatively recent high-level example of a player losing a game by making four consecutive double faults?

How recent is recent?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

I know Calleri served 4 double faults in a row to lose serve and Johansson served it out and won the match.

Coria served 4 DF in a row against Kiefer in Monte-Carlo 2006:
Coria serves 4 DF in a row as he serves for the match.......
