2. Why in 2008 "the year of the X"

Re: 2 burning questions

1. I can't tell for sure (I'm not a native MTFer), BUT I think it started as a joke/tardism - or perhaps someone blew some fluke of his out of proportion - and now it evolved into a recurring MTF "thing" [much the same as "triple bagel 63 63 63", "never in doubt, expected result" etc.]

Re: 2 burning questions

Oh, he beat Hewitt in Rome this year. Otherwise has done nothing in slams and is almost 30. The "King" my ass.

Yeah pray tell, what's magically going to happen in 2009? Someone other then Fedal winning a slam?

Re: 2 burning questions

The real burning question is whether FedClown_2007 will follow through on this promise.

*** 07 US HC SEASON "Hard Court, Low Bounces, YEEHAH!!" THREAD***

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Don't keep your hopes up, Yayo. He's just going to change the nickname and jump up the Novak bandwagon ["thou shalt always root for winners - better to rub noses than get the nose rubbed"]

That was the expected answer sadly.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: 2 burning questions

I only said I "might" commit suicide if Roger ever loses his #1 ranking. If he retires with it, then I'm excused.

No he isn't.

His writing style is too simplistic and his intelligence is non existant.

The ATP deserves a better class of player, and I'm gonna give it to 'em - Djoker

Der Kaiser isn't the next big thing. He's the "hugest" player ever. Nobody comes close to the aggression el Rei shows in his game.
