One can use statistics to say anything they want.
Take these two examples
A company with 10 employees
The boss makes 10,000,000 per year
Each of the other nine makes 1,000
The average income per employee is thus
((10,000,000 + (1,000 x 9))/10 = 1,000,900
I don't think any of the nine employees feels like he/she is making a little more than a million per year...............
In country ABC of 10,000,000 people,
there were two unemployed people in 2004.
In 2005, there were three unemployed people.
Thus National unemployment rose by 50%
