I started watching the match from the start of the third set. Great match from both players, very entertaining with some excellent all-court play from both. One of my favourite matches so far this tournament.

haas really should've wrapped it up in the third. no need to bring grosjean back into the match.

Great match although I didn't see all of it. Grosjean hit one drop volleu that was just and Haas hit a volley lob that was just as good.

Champions deserve whatever they win playing within the laws of the game

Two of the very few versatile players left in the game combine to give us a brilliant match.

Current generation of tennis coaches should be judged and executed for depriving us of such matches and giving us a generation of ballbashers instead.

I'd rather wait those extra 5 seconds seeing those boobies bounce than watching some fatass kid burn away his bigmac meal.

Seb Fought so hard but didn't serve well enough in the fifth.

you're so right. There are few players that can combine playing at the net as well as hitting hard from the back of the court

True. With 40:0 on Grosjeans serve in the 3rd, he should have been under the shower 90 mins earlier.

Pretty enjoyable match, and friendly handshake when it was over.

Re: Tommy Haas defeats Sebastian Grosjean 6-2, 6-4, 3-6, 4-6, 6-3

Haas seemed to be on the driving seat most of the match and the breakpoint stats reflect that. Both guys had a variety of flashy winners but Haas was more steady in the long run. Good entertainment.

Best of luck for:
Fat Dave
Santoro
Jarkko Eminem

Yeah I know what you mean. You can enjoy matches like that are if you are a neutral, but not if one of your favourites is playing.
I wanted to Seb to win today, but I also love watching Tommy and his true all-court game. It was nice to see him combining stunning winners with some solid defensive play during that 5th set.

Looks like a good match, but unfortunately I didn't see it. The assholes at CBC obviously didn't show it.
