Upset of the tournament so far. So much for the Djokovic/Hewitt 4th round!

Well, that was unexpected.

The Wit and Wisdom of the Tennis Journalist, Indian Wells 2004

ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I remember this one time when I went on a vacation on the Maldives. That was in the year 2001, I think. I went to this spa. I went to walk around with my girlfriend. I walk in, and we want to book a spa. This guy goes, "AHH, I remember you. You beat Sampras. I saw you on TV." That was like, really, how can you remember me? This guy has probably never been off his island and still knows me. I was a little bit shocked. Then I went to play tennis with him because he was actually the tennis teacher. It was nice.

Q. Were you naked at the time in the spa?

ROGER FEDERER: No. It was at the front desk. I didn't walk in naked.

Always in doubt.

Seriously, that is an awesome win for Calleri, I was expecting Hewitt to make a lot of noise in that draw.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Calleri finally shows some balls after mega chokes against Koubek and Blake + choke against Kohlschreiber. Congrats to him.

Djokovic won't mind it being Monaco or Calleri if he gets through del Potro.

Mods, if you merge threads, please keep my title! I had it in mind since the end of the third set, though I certainly wasn't presuming it to be a done deal.

With this shocking loss, it looks like Darth Cheater's match today might be the Rostango/Becker match from 1989...let's pray not.

What happened to Lleyton?

Hewitt is just the worst, thank god my betfair account was suspended when I wanted to bet on him to win the title.

That was a ridiculously brilliant display of power tennis from Calleri. I feel sorry for those that didn't get to watch it. He completely hit Hewitt off the court smacking crazy winners off everywhere. The sound that was coming off Calleri's racquet was just . It was breathtaking to watch.
