That's too bad. Would have liked to have watched that match. Hopefully there's not something serious wrong with Tommy.

Re: Federer in QF - Haas withdraws!

I just looked it up on Yahoo, after reading this thread. First a shoulder injury, and now a stomach injury.

A bit sad, really. Was looking forward to this match, and it was nice to see Haas back in form. Poor Haas. He's almost got as much injury problems as Pim-Pim.

Re: Federer in QF - Haas withdraws!

Actually, this means that Federer gets an unusually long break from playing in the middle of Wimbledon. He played friday and will play wednesday at the very earliest - with the weather forecast it might be a day or two later than that. So Federers quarterfinal will be a bit like a 1st round match for him.

The Ego King is too lucky... He would have had his ass kicked for sure, and now he'll have plenty of time, while Rafito will have to play 3 matches in 3 days... Rigged !!

Injured Haas out of Federer match

Haas's withdrawal means Federer will get a bye into the quarter-finals
Tommy Haas has been forced to pull out of his fourth-round Wimbledon singles match against Roger Federer because of a stomach injury.

The German 13th seed was due to face the reigning champion on Centre Court on Monday, but Federer will now earn a bye into the quarter-finals.

Haas sustained a torn muscle in his third-round win over Dmitry Tursunov.

Federer will face 2003 French Open champion Juan Carlos Ferrero or Janko Tipsarevic in the last eight.

I'm really sorry for Tommy that he had to withdrew. It should have been an entertaining match against Roger.

Get well soon Tommy and see you in the hardcourt season

That's too bad.

I hope Haas recovers fast, he's a decent player, and Federer doesn't need that sort of favors.

I'd rather wait those extra 5 seconds seeing those boobies bounce than watching some fatass kid burn away his bigmac meal.
