Exclamation Achivments list

I remember we did this at WTAworld & it was quite fun, lets do the ATP one, its pretty simple, we take all of the active players & arange them according to on-court achivments, & we dont involve ages. Here are the list that deserves spots (former #1's & GS winners automaticlly get in):

Pete Sampras
Andre Agassi
Lleyton Hewitt
Goran Ivanisevic
Yevgeny Kafelnikov
Carlos Moya
Marcelo Rios
Patrick Rafter (not sure if we can call him active though...)
Marat Safin
Gostavo Kuerten
Thomas Johansson
Albert Costa
Michael Chang
Richard Karijicek
Marc Rosset (just because he won the 92 olympic gold medal)

Well now comes the fun part the rankings!

1.Pete Sampras
2.Andre Agassi
3.Gostavo Kuerten
4.Yevgeny Kafelnikov
5.Lleyton Hewitt & Goran Ivanisevic
7.Patrick Rafter
8.Richard Kraijicek
9.Marat Safin
10.Marcelo Rios or Michael Chang or Albert Costa

I know this is not that sorted out... Lets work on it

I'd have Carlos inside the top 10 ahead of Krajicek for the simple reason, he's been in 2 diff SLAM finals plus #1

1-Pete Sampras
2-Andre Agassi
3-Yevgeny Kafelnikov
4-Gustavo Kuerten
5-Pat Rafter
6-Lleyton Hewitt (*cough cough*)
7-Goran Ivanisevic
8-Marat Safin
9-Michael Chang
10-Carlos Moya

Lets all work on it together...
We almost all agree that Pete is #1 & that Andre is #2
Now Guga & Yevgeny are #3 & #4, but since Yevgeny has an olympic gold medal & 25 doubles title we will give him the edge even though he was never a world champion
Rafter & Hewitt are #5 & #6, its a tuff call to think who is higher.
Pat has muck more GS achivments & Masters Series achivments while Hewitt has a World Champion trophy & more titles.... The edge to Pat now that i think of it. #7 is Goran.
#8 is probably Marat. #9-11 are Chang, Moya & Kraijicek, the order can be put in pretty much every way

I don't get it with Goran. He seems to be a one trick pony...yes he's been to the Wimbledon finals 3 other times but he doesn't have much else. Krajicek has won Wimbledon, been more consistent and has TMS title (Stuttgart at least that I can think of). Why is Goran consistently rated higher than Krajicek? I would put Chang and Moya higher. Chang has been #2 and reached multple GS finals and won many TMS. Moya has been #1, won French Open and been to AO finals and runner up at the World Champs.

1. Sampras *cough*
2. Agassi
3. Hewitt (held onto #1 longer than following 2, won W)
4. Kafelnikov
5. Kuerten(one trick pony)
6. Rafter (does he count as active?)
7. Chang ( I think 7 & 8 might be interchangeable, certainly if
8. Moya Moya keeps it up)
9. Safin
10. Krajicek

Ivanisevic and Rios have been underachievers. Costa and Johanssen got lucky.
