Gonzalez v. Nadal Final: Who Will Win?

on paper it seems like a good match.

Can Rafa extend the streak to 77 straight?

Nadal - Blake - Dimitrov - Del Potro - Isner - Fish - Haase

Nadal vs Gonzalez: Who will win Rome 2007?

Skinny Kolya proved to be a tougher chicken to fleece than anyone would have thought and ran around the farm well before he was finally butchered by Rafzilla. He held his feathers with more grace than expected . Kudos.

Can the red-hot Chillean give a challenge in the final, or will he make a grand feast?

Methinks Rafa in 2

I cant wait to see him BITE the cup (burps) Bon Appetit!

Re: Gonzalez v. Nadal Final: Who Will Win?

I like them both.

Before today's match, I would have said Rafa easily.

But tough match against Davydenko so it may go the distance tomorrow.

I still think Rafa will win though.

Re: Gonzalez v. Nadal Final: Who Will Win?

A few days ago I would have laughed at this question, but yeah, that was before a 3.5 hr marathon. Nadal is as fit as anyone, but he needs to regroup physically and especially mentally within a day basically. I am going to go out on a limb and say Gonzo for this one.

14.

Re: Gonzalez v. Nadal Final: Who Will Win?

Nadal in two, but I think at least one will be close (7-5ish). The clay has to be playing super fast for Gonzalez.

I am a fan of Federer, Gasquet, Baghdatis, the long-deceased Safin, Youzhny, Nalbandian, Rochus, Tsonga, the sadly-departed Santoro, and good, hearty, competitive tennis matches. The quality of my life does not rest solely on who wins these matches. In fact, I would even go as far as to say that I can live quite happily after a player I like chokes, mugs, bashes, or otherwise succumbs to a loss.
