Red face Novak Djokovic - Oscar winning role!

I guess Novak will surely, if he continues to play like today, won an Oscar for actor in a leading role in film "Nole Nokia and the Choking Factory" (parody on a film "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory").

It must have taken you most of the afternoon to come up with that.

1 break ahead against a very good returner returner, on clay. Oh my God, what a choke. Has this ever happened before in the history of tennis?

Very good returner? That must be why Ferrer lost in straights to a semi-retired Voltchkov in Minsk last year.

Ferrer leads the tour on return games won. It wasn't a choke by Nole but a comeback by Ferrer.

Well, maybe you would need so long to come up with a thread like this. But, this idea cross my mind immediately after the match. I wasn't home at the time Nole finished his match, so I made this thread now

If you watched the match (and you obviously didn't), you would've known that Novak was leading in 1st set 4:1 and 5:2 and lost that set. Also, in 2nd set he was serving first and got broken in his last service game. If thats not choking I don't know what is

Re: Novak Djokovic - Oscar winning role!

Was simply bewilderilingly poor from Novak. The comparison between his and DF's body language was alarming.

"My greatest point is my persistence. I never give up in a match. However down I am, I fight until the last ball. My list of matches shows that I have turned a great many so-called irretrievable defeats into victories."
