I am now 16 and I started playing tennis when i was 5 or 6 but i played it in my street not on courts.
23.8. 2011 i started playing tennis regularly. Usually 3 times in a week, but I didn't play last winter and one month this summer, after that i started playing about 4-5 times a week, and now, I play only 1 because hall with court is about 3 km away from my home and it takes me 45 minutes to get there!
I think my ntrp is somewere between 4.5 and 5.0, but I still haven't developed any specific style of play!
When our "summer" season starts(april) I plan to play 5-6 times a week for about 1-2 hours.

Can you help me with this:
I know i must spend some time in gym, but because I am not a professional player, will it be enough for me to do exercises (with or withouth dumbbells) at home for about 1 hour ?
My height is 189cm and my weight is 72-3 kg and I want to develop deffansive style of play. Will there be any problems because I am relatively tall, and should I loose some weight or not ?
