I'm so sure Popp will start losing his 1st round matches again on Tuesday.

Re: final scoring?

Yea Popp threw in two errors on his serve points to give Greg a whole slew of Match points.

Re: final scoring?

Re: final scoring?

Greg wins 7 points to 2, he's very happy. Too bad for Popp as he really played better much of the day but had too many errors on the bigger points.

Gotta go guys.... congrats Rusedski fans!

Re: final scoring?

was clear that Popp lost this tiebreaker, rules of tennis... if you don't take your chances, your opponent will do it for you

Popp

well, he is no Rainer who was able to slaughter Rusedski on grass
good achievement for him anyway, let's be happy with this final appearance

Re: final scoring?

His accent is so bizarre.... can't he pick a nationality

Anyway he's very happy and seems very sincere and is smiling very very big. It's nice to see someone appreciate it so much and his wife is very happy and supportive too
