Guillermo Coria plays in the first round of Wimbledon against Moodie from South Africa. He plays today, but I don't know if he played yet (on Court 1, not the Centre Court) So if anybody knows when he plays or what the final score was, please chat with me GOOD LUCK GUILLE!!!

Ok the state of play at the moment is that Coria will be on court NEXT on Court 1 as the Venus Williams match is over. But the covers are currently on the courts as its raining.

Re: Guillermo Coria @ Wimbledon

I think it is good that Coria got a break today in play because he must be exhausted. He played all last week up to and including yesterday and then had to travel last night to get to England and then play again today. So hopefully tonight he can rest up aa bit and be ready to knock out a solid set against Moodie tomorrow, rest some more and be ready again Wednesday.

The rain delays will only serve to help him unless he is sitting in the players lounge waiting to play. The waiting around must make you insane. And if he would just go the net more . . . he wins when he does it but he looks like he is on rollerskates out there. But even Moodie was slipping all over the place today.

I think he will win this one, this is good for him because he can rest up for today and one thing , tommorow no more tie break and Moodie toady stay in match only because tie break today he must break Coria ..but that will be hard job for him....

Re: Guillermo Coria @ Wimbledon

ESPN showed a bit of the 4th set between Coria/Moodie today. What a great match for both players. Looking at the stats, they are both serving well (67% Coria/69% Moodie), Aces (11 Coria/10 Moodie), Unforced Errors (Coria 20/Moodie 25), Winners (Coria 52/Moodie 49). Very clean, hard hitting match. I hope we get to see the 5th set tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath.

Good luck Guille, I hope he can win the match in the fifth, so he can continue on in the tournament.

Q. You must have so many different emotions going through your head. Was it like a rollercoaster for you?
STANISLAS WAWRINKA: Yeah, yeah, it's quite crazy..I never expect to win a Grand Slam.
I never dream about that because for me, I was not good enough to beat those guy.

Maybe the sky will fall?
