Quarterly - Or At Least Biannual - Moderation Feedback

I know we have a feedback sub forum but it is criminally underused and not really much comes of it.

So I'd like to propose that either every three months or every six months, we give feedback as to how the moderators have been getting on in the period of time. That way, we can see if the changes we're making are achieving success or not. If not, then there's an opportunity to change them.

I meant it in that the feedback is actively pursued for a short time at the end of these periods. Kind of like an end of term review at school. That's the only way to monitor whether the moderation has improved or not.

Thank you for your suggestion.

As has always been the case, you may post a suggestion in the suggestion area. We will also be leaving this section open. As it is the first time we have done this, things may change, but the way we see it running is a suggestion will be made and left for other users to comment for 15 days. At that time, admin, supermoderators and moderators will discuss the suggestion and a decision will be posted.
