Final: Fernando Verdasco vs. Albert Montanes

I noticed that no one had started a thread for this one yet so I decided to. I'm hoping that Fernando can pull this win out tomorrow. He's not one of my top favorites but I saw him play on TV a couple of years ago and I've followed his results from time to time since. He's interesting to watch. Besides, he's a leftie .

Go Fernando!!

PAW 2013:
Munich - 2nd place
Halle - 4th place
's-Hertogenbosch - 4th place
GSTAAD - WINNER

Re: Final: Fernando Verdasco vs. Albert Montanes

At least a Spaniard will win this title and whoever wins the championship it will be their first title, hopefully it's a good match.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Vamos Fernando...win your first title...

Q. As the older player, you don't feel like it's your role to go up to the younger players and talk to them first?

JEFF TARANGO: To say what? "Welcome to the locker room. Don't bend over for the soap."

With a break or on serve Billa?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Billa

I hope it's a tough 3 setter. There are some good names that have qualified for Monte Carlo. Andreev, Uhlirach, Ascione, Berdych it will be interesting.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".
