Bye-Bye Wimbledon 2012

David did not use his chances (especially in second) and is losing right now to Tipsarevic...

OK, not only David lost in R1
Couple of "strong" players already are out too:
T.Berdych, J. Isner, J.Blake, former Nr1 J.C. Fererro, C. Berlocq, J. Chela, etc.
Almagro also is almost out, he is fighting right now

It seems Almagro has a chance to survive...
But A.Seppi is out too... Today L. Hewitt will be out in R1, i think

As David said in yesterday's interview,
he was little bit unlucky vs. Tipsarevic, he did not use his chances...

Re: Bye-Bye Wimbledon 2012

very sorry that Dave cannot play there any more...
it was just bad luck for him:

0.) just before Wimbledon he was punished by ATP, not every one could stay cool after that..
1.) they taken 150 points and he was unseeded, Tipsarevic was too strong for R1 after psychological situation in AEGON...
2.) He had good chances vs Tipsarevic but could not use them
3.) many much weaker players continue playing in R2, but David...

Re: Bye-Bye Wimbledon 2012

why David does not play in some parallel tournaments?
he needs not a practice before O.G.2012?
lot of players of his rank do play now

Re: Bye-Bye Wimbledon 2012

Probably because those tourneys are on clay not on grass. OG are played on grass

but playing on clay is better, than not playing at all?
do you find so?

Re: Bye-Bye Wimbledon 2012

After the recent win of Federer, there is Ranking update,
below are few of players rankings including David Nalbandian:

Code:
Position Name (country) score place changing tournaments played

38 Berlocq, Carlos (ARG)	985	0	31
39 Nieminen, Jarkko (FIN)	967	0	29
40 Baghdatis, Marcos (CYP)	945	0	28
41 Nalbandian, David (ARG)	935	0	22
42 Haase, Robin (NED) 930	0	27
43 Giraldo, Santiago (COL)	923	0	27
44 Davydenko, Nikolay (RUS)	885	0	27
if you look carefully, the David's neighbors played minimum 5 (some of them, f.e. Berlocq even more) tournaments more than David did...
to get about same score...
is David smarter?
