Re: Paris 2008: The Last Stand

4-3* David is dictating the play but Andy returns almost everything, forcing David to go for riskier shots. I hope that Murray will wear down because David can not maintain such a risky game for a too long time.

*4-4 3 more BPs wasted. Murray finding his 1st serve on almost all of them.

5-4* David is making Andy runs all over the place but he still manages to return those balls back.

*5-5 Murray holds at love. His 1st serve is kicking right now, I am afraid all those wasted opportunities will bite David in the ass,

6-5* A scary hold. Murray had 15:30 and a good chance to pass David at net for 15:40.

Re: Paris 2008: The Last Stand

Finally 1st set job done. Strong return on 2nd serve(even some 1st serve), some phenomenal baseline execution, god drop shot to move Andy, overall more aggressive, brave, and better player in 1st set.But it's very scary. Murray's fight and some huge serve at the BPs keeps his position. But I guess overall Murray's 1st serve is poor, it can only make his life harder, his short 2nd serve is just another ball for Nalby to serve.
And it's really good that, after Murray saved so many BPs, Nalby still made his next service game solid. That means he is not only in form, but also he wants this match and has patience. Few players can be more patient than today's Murray.

*2-1 Andy lifted his game and he will now make a huge pressure on David's serve.
