Re: Il est un rock star........David va etre a Roland Garros du 25 mai au 8 juin....

I saw the first two sets and the beginning of the 3rd and he seemed allright. In the beginning of the third he had some break oportunities but he couldn't take any.
I missed the rest of the match until the beginning of the 5th set and I just couldn't understand what was happening until I saw how poorly he was moving. Even when he broke Chardy I already knew he was going lose. He really was in trouble.

What I don't understand is why does he always have some physical problem. Maybe there is something wrong with his training methods, but he just has to figure it out.
And why doesn't he ever call the trainer when he is having a physical problem? Maybe he could be of some help.
And one thing is for sure, he could lose some weight. A heavier structure always provokes more strain to the bones, muscles and articulations.

Sorry for the rant, but I' m really disapointed.

Don't think that his physical and emotional problems are due to wrong training methods... And definitely not to his weight.

Thank you for the translate Claudia .

In this article Jaite his coach said that David never wants a therapis during the match because he thinks it doesn`t help him. Jaite and Cao don't agree with him, they think David should ask for help during the match.

David will stay 2 days in Paris, waiting for the medical exam's results.

They don't know why his muscle begans to hurt, they are working hard looking for the reasons

I hope David can play Wimbledon.

thanks for the article(s).

the therapist will not perform miracles & heal an injury of course, but a massage can make the pain more tolerable & help him go through the match and/or finish it in better conditions, without suffering at least - can someone please tell him that.

Jesus, why is this guy like this so damn stubborn.

His coach and Cao tells him this but he don't want to call the therapist

Wimbledon is just around a corner (in 3 weeks), I don't think he has much chances for a good results there with his movement issues he is having (whatever might be the cause of that, lack of fitness or improper training or something else). He might stand a good chances against passive players who will let him dictate the play without moving him much, but not against offensive ones who will go for their shots. His defense and his serve are now the weakest links in his game right now. I just don't think there is enough time until then for major improvement. But the hope dies last, isn't it ?

TMS Madrid and Paris : After having the ugliest results in his carrier he brings his best to clinch the two titles.

Having said that we all know that David's form, unfortunately, is like throwing a dice : anything can be expected

VAMOS DAVID AND COME ON ANDRE AND ALLEZ JO !!

Re: Il est un rock star........David va etre a Roland Garros du 25 mai au 8 juin....

I could only come online now, although I did follow the live scores through my mobile phone. Now there is dedication to your favorite player, getting up real early while you're on a holiday to scream at your phone who doesn't work. I'm sad about the result but mostly because something is wrong with him. It sucks when you can play the way you want to play because your body has other ideas. I don't think his weight has anything to do with that. He's had this weight for years now and it has allowed him to play some great tennis. He is not in a bad shape, the long five setters he normally plays and wins prove that but he is stubborn though. Why the hell does he refuse to bring a trainer on court when something is wrong with him? Typical Nalby. You can't live with him but you gotta love him in the end for being true to himself. No matter how stupid that is. Hopefully they will at least figure out what is wrong with him before Wimbledon starts. I don't expect him to do well there but it would be nice for him and us if we knew what was wrong.

Vamos David and Juan Carlos

Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid it will never truely begin.

Exactly. Just like a Spanish Inquisition (no one expects them - line from Monthy Python)

Kidding aside, last year was more of a confidence issues, he had the game and shots but he was missing the lines by an inch(he has that risky game). Something changed during Berdych match and he got that confidence boost. Now it is different situation, the problem is physical and affecting his movement(over a longer period of time) and obviously that creates a situation that can't be changed over night.

So basically he's had injury problems since the Australian Open? I thought it was since Miami. Hmm, I guess they are referring to not necessarily the same injury. I've kind of already accepted that he is quite injury prone these days, in that he does get a lot of niggling injuries.
Sad but true. Injuries are killing his talent. There's nothing we fans could do. We have to wait,we have to pray, when the damn injuries go way,it's David's slam winning day.

I haven't been here for a while. There are some bad news these days. I hope he's okay to play Wimbledon.
