David in Acapulco Final without losing a set. Will he win?

Ok, it's on to Acapulco, in search of more fortune and fame (yeah, right)-and another title. Can Dave continue the momentum, or will the pressure be too much?

In the first round, he faces Boris Pashanski, a player whom he's never played before. And, if the draw holds to form, he will potentially face Potito Starace again. Well....hopefully this time, David will make it easier on himself in these matches.

Talk to the hand because the ears don't hear you.

No. He can potentially earn 50 race points and 250 ranking points.

Pashanski is easily one of the biggest scumbags on the tour. Please don't lose to that piece of racist vermin David.
One match at a time.

Re: To Acapulco....can Dave win this?

The draw's pretty promsing unless he's too exhausted.
Hopefully he finds a way to win again like he did last week.

Best of luck to David.

Re: To Acapulco....can Dave win this?

I think he will lose in the first round. He looked exhausted yesterday and I don't see David winning two torunaments in a row.

Nalbandian - JMDP - Djokovic - Nadal - Mathieu - Verdasco - Coria - Tipsarevic - Nieminen - Calleri

I don't think he should play Acapulco, but again....his call, his choice. I hope he can handle it.

I agree, two tournaments in a row can be a lot and it's not like he had some easy matches in his last tourney. With exception to the semi. Oh well, it's his decision and hey....complaining about the fact that he is playing to much tennis is a nice change for once. Hopefully he does well here.

Vamos David and Juan Carlos

yeah, that's ironic
Well if he wins Acapulco, honestly I'll be very surprised. But who knows, obviously he's changed a lot since he worked with Jaite...he's really an amazing coach
Best of luck David

question to guests, just 4 my interest: are you Dave's "friends" or ...?
why anonymous?

The eleven "anonymous" people are either invisible on this forum or the casual browser with no account. No need to worry.

Why is this important to you? Are you planning to make a thread about it?

Hope he isn't so desperate to invite more guests into our house.

I'm not a naturally gregarious type. I would describe myself as an interactive loner.
