That was my line of thinking too. I have Nadal as favourite but not as big favourite as to defend such low odds. I was curious beforehand what odds this match would get and expected a bit closer ones. I checked two bookies and they agreed upon the odds we have here, except of course I have lengthened them for both players as MTF do not need to make a profit from the bets. We only have a very tiny "profit margin" to deter betting on both outcomes.
Nice and interesting message to know better how vBookie works
. Yes, I thought that Nadal was favourite but not this favourite, in betting websites Nadal odd is like 1.2, something strange because it is his first important test (with a player with TOP10 level on clay) so he is not as favourite as for example one year before. But betting on Almagro seems to me like I'm losing money (I know that it is a good bet but I think that Nadal will win), but there are more chances to see an Almagro's victory than what the betting websites predict so the most "fair" bet is on Almagro. It can be a good try if someone puts credits on him.
