yes, we'll probably have to get used to "Roddick's free ticket for an alternate in the draw" in next months as it should last until summer

Nalbandian is also officially out, yes.

Why doesn't Kuku have a PR? Real shame, he was on such a roll when he got injured and he'll drop hugely here

Well it's 6 months from the last tournament he played to get a PR.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Kuku waited until the Davis cup play-off in september to have a surgery, he was injured all summer but kept on playing (and actually saved Kazakhstan's place in the world group)
