Re: The Bernard Tomic Cheering Thread!

Watched a lot of the match.
Stab myself...
That was so bad to watch.
Maybe the wind caused it but... so boring.
And on match point - just pushed it back until Giraldo won the point. Oh dear.

Well done on getting the win though.

Re: The Bernard Tomic Cheering Thread!

Tomic played alright from what i saw, good on him for keeping up with Djokovic mostly...love watching him vs the top players, he forces himself to go for his shots and its a beaty to watch. It was also good to see some slides aswell, havent seen any of them untill now goodluck in Nice nextweek Bernie and hopefully we can see a win or two there before heading off to Paris

Bernard Tomic
Grigor Dimitrov
Richard Gasquet
Nick Kyrgios

Re: The Bernard Tomic Cheering Thread!

Great

How do you think we should do things... Like use this thread for tournament talk/live scores, make a thread for each part of the season (clay, grass, HC, etc), a separate thread for livescores? It doesn't matter to me really...

I can create the photos thread I guess.

Re: The Bernard Tomic Cheering Thread!

I don't think we need to use this anymore. We can open a a new thread for clay, grass etc. but we should keep this for information.

Re: The Bernard Tomic Cheering Thread!

^ ok

According to the Live Rankings site, Bernard is #29 after today's Rome results. Only Ferrero is left who could pass him (but he plays Roger next). So looks like he'll be top 30 in next week's rankings and seeded at RG...

He will be seeded for Roland Garros but Wimbledon is still unknown.

I think a low seed for Tomic at RG is as good as any seed for him. All seeds have the same draw (pre draw probability wise) up to round 3. I don't expect Tomic to get past round three so all is good. The main thing is that he avoids all other 31 seeds up to round 3.
