Tomic enjoys when the pace is slow much more, like he produced almost no unforced errors in Kooyong while his opponents were struggling, but then performed poorer in AO, so maybe clay is letting him be that little bit more aggressive.
The good news though is that stepanek has been in pretty poor form so far this year, and I'm warming up to him having ferrer in the second round....nice to have another crack at him....and out of all the top seeds to vs I'd prefer he has him
