Good draw for him really hope he can take advantage of it (no Puerta )

Interviewer: It surprises people how well you get on with Nadal
Carlos Moya: I can't conceal that. I love him very much and I knew that one day he would be better than me. He's on another level.

Re: The Godó Thread

MOYA 7 5 6
NIEMI 5 7 2

A windly Day in Barcelona

I saw the match on Tv and I can say that Carlos is not on 100%. He played very irregular today, at first set Jarkko started winning by 2-5 and had a Set Point, then Carlos started to play better and win 5 games in a row for take the set 7-5.

At second set Carlos was losing 1-3 and take the re-break, but then he had too many Break Chances but he lost all of them. At 5-6 for Jarkko, and when everyone was thinking in a second set TB, Jarkko broke and take 2nd Set.

At Third set Carlos started so nervous and impressive, but after 1-2 he won again 5 games in a row and take the match.

Carlos said after match: This victory was very good for my, with this I take more confidence in my game. I need 3 oor 4 matches winning in a row for return to my best game.

After match, all public shout Carlos' name (very exciting moment...). Godó is a very special tournament for Carlos and the public helps him always.

I think that this victory is very important for the wake up of Carlos' game.

Re: The Godó Thread

i haven't seen the match, but ..... I am also convinced , looking to the statistics of the match, moya is not at his best

Good Luck:banana

CARLOSMOYÁ

Voiceless it cries,
This thing all things devours:
Wingless flutters,
Birds, beasts, trees, flowers;
Toothless bites,
Gnaws iron, bites steel;
Mouthless mutters.
Grinds hard stones to meal;

Slays king, ruins town,

And beats high mountain down.

Riddles in the dark

Proud member of the MOYAholics!
