Re: ~Carlos *News*&*Articles* Thread~

ATPtennis.com has a minimal bio on Tous.
He is from Palma de Mallorca, Spain.... 5'9"(175cm) 154 Lbs (70kg)
Right handed, not much of a professional history seemed to play doubles better than singles. Has mostly coached throughout Europe. Has a lot to do with the Spanish Federation. Sounds like this has been in the works for awhile?

Re: ~Carlos *News*&*Articles* Thread~

Cool Re: ~Carlos *News*&*Articles* Thread~

Translation From AltaVista
I do not believe that Carlos needs a trainer. When she was Joan Bosch cumplia plus the functions of acompañante/amigo although appeared like coach. I believe that A.Tous the same hara a little if finally it accepts the position. Ademas Carlos already has been many years in tennis like not having experience in the Tour. A.Tous has actively collaborated in last the Majorca Open (International Series in ATP), eliminatory of Glass Davis and Fed Cup in Majorca and well-known the Trofeu Illes Balears of exhibition.

This is refreshing news for a Carlos fan! I'm sad about the split with his coach....it's been so long... but this change can bring new life to Moya's game! yay! Go Carlos!

I always found him very distant and a bit arrogant, but it's my own point of view. When I say "behave like a star", for me it's funny to see him each time with his sun glasses even when there's no sun, when he touches his hair etc.. but please don't take it bad, it's just my point of view, he's maybe not like that and a very nice guy I noticed that in MC and in RG this year. The other coach, Jofre is more smily and open.

Another translation for Maqk

"I don't think that Carlos needs a coach. When he was with Joan Bosch, he accomplished more the function of a follower/friend rather than being a coach. I think that with A. Tous, it will be the same if he accepts the position. Moreover, Carlos has spent so many years in the tennis that he has the experience [sorry, I think it's the meaning of the sentence but I can't translate it]

A. Tous, worked actively the previous years at the Mallorca Open, in the DC and Fed Cup in Mallorca and in the exhibition of the Isles Baleares.

Re: ~Carlos *News*&*Articles* Thread~

I also think that when you spent so many years on tour, and when you have the experience of Carlos, you don't really need a coach to tell you what to do. Now, I think Carlos is enough mature and experienced to manage his trainings, his matches. It's always good to have someone with you just for the moral support. I also think that Joan was/is still a friend on tour.

But, nobody replied, will Jofre still work with Carlos on several tournaments ? Gracias
