Good luck Carlos! Let's hope he doesn't lose from the eventual winner in the QF this time...

Yes, Eruwen, let's certainly hope that this doesn't happen again ... if anyone bothered to check, Carlos has been the victim of the eventual winner too often, Massu at Olympics the latest ... and Ivanisivic at Wimbledon another important one.
He's got a reasonable draw (seems to me that Fish, Kiefer, Gaudio or Henman are the only threats), but he must beware of those "unknowns". Hope he gets through the first couple of rounds easily ... then wouldn't it be good if Carlos reversed the pattern so that HE becomes the eventual winner this time!

Re: Carlos at US Open 2004

indeed i hope the same: moya must win from a good top player and not looses those matches like he always did in the last months!!! This would give him a good feeling!!!! But how is his attitude and his moral those days after that disappointed athene!!! I do hope he forgot all that and focuse him to the us open and than the semifinal of the daviscup. Ido hope he can reach the final of the daviscup again and win it, or all his subjects of 2004 become nothing: no medaille, no slam, ...masters seems realistic to reach but to win????

LOVE MOYA HE'S THE BEST
GO MOYKE WIN WIN WIN

VAMOS MOYKE !!!!!
UNA SALUTA

Re: Carlos at US Open 2004

I watched Carlos trainning in Llucmajor (Mallorca) for prepare the USO with Nadal, and Carlos wasn't in his best form. Carlos was a little tired. I believe in him and in Nadal! Carlos has got a better draw than Nadal. In WTA draw there is another majorcan girl: Nuri Llagostera. GOOD LUCK MAJORCANS!
