The best part about Roddick being out of the tournament is that he took his gloating fans with him (note for those who can't read - and many on here have proven that they can not - if you are not a gloating fan, then this isn't addressed to you, now is it? It says "gloating fans". Get it? Good)
Hopefully Federer can take his home this evening. If not, I'll deal. A girl can dream, right?
I was dissapointed that he lost. I really only watch his matches on television, because he keeps you watching. Dunno how, prolly mind control. Or maybe it's something in the water, put out by his 'people'.
Well, as I've established before, I'm an Andy and Marat fan. I adore both of them. And the bottom line is that it was a good match and very close. Andy could've easily made it one of those 6-2, 6-0, 6-3 matches against Safin after the first set but then Marat started moving and doing something. And at the end of the match it was so unbearably close but Marat, seemingly with all odds against him, took it out. I don't know, maybe part of it has something to do with odds and karma and fate. I mean, I think that it meant much more to him, (Marat), winning that match, coming off a practically non-existant 2003, on his birthday, after running about 8 hours more than Andy, to have won that. Not saying that it didn't mean anything to Andy, not at all, but I think that ultimately, the best player on the day won (with some "luck").
