I missed the first set. Luckily my friend reminded me to watch. He looked pretty good.
Where the Church could really go forward is : uncovering the abuse and stop protecting the abusers, thinking about marriage of priests and ordening women( even if I'm not a fan but it came to the point where the Church survival depends on it) and doing a lot more of God work: helping the poor, charity, education, etc.... and less dubious business
I'm not Catholic but this is where I think the Catholic church can take some small steps. Many other Christian religions have worked on some of these things.
Patrick Chan did an excellent performance, not easy in front of the home crowd but he's just too good.
Javier Fernadez and the Japanese boys didn't do that well.
Hope they'll improve in the long program.
And a Canadian woman did quite well too. Hopefully Virtue and Moir do well.
White chocolate and Frankfurter Grüne Soße.
I didn't know what that German thing was but I googled. That combination sounds awful!
I wish SUI was located between the US and Canada. Sick of those pathetic socialist europeans.
But Canada is rather socialist too, at least compared to the US. There have been Americans wanting to move here after Obama got reelected and after he passed his healthcare bill because they were ultra-right wing and didn't want to live in a "socialist" US. Well, they need to investigate Canada.
