Breakfast: a glass of water (room temperature, let's not go too crazy) with lemon.
(here's thinking that just drinking tea isn't breakfast...there goes my toast with chocolate paste)
At 8am: a cup of herbal tea
(be still my beating heart...or rather, my grumbling stomach)
10am: a Peppermint hot chocolate crafted from almond milk, stevia, mint flavoured chlorophyll and - wait for it - two tablespoons of raw cacao.
(my teeth need something to munch on, woman...give me something solid.)
1.30pm: you'll get the equivalent of about one carrot blended into a soup
(I love carots but one carot after all that fluid nonsense????)
4pm: you can munch on a handful of mixed seeds
(a-ha something to munch on....seeds...oh joy)
6pm : one skinless chicken breast and a few bits of broccoli
(I take that "a few bits" means that you need a microscope to see it?)
