Radek carried him in the doubles. And he completely choked the 2 first sets today vs Nole.
OK OK kidding, I'm so happy he at least got the 2 Davis Cups. I'm beyond hoping he'd get a GS, he is mentally to unstable for that.

At least he beat Lajovic the first day.

Actually I dislike Radek and not for his looks but his antics but now I have to give him credit.

I loved Yagudin too, but I still think that Evgeni is the man. I guess to each their own because they're all great.

I want Brian Joubert to f*** me, but he's happily married.

LOL, acionescu strongly dislikes Plushenko. Not sure how she feels about Joubert.

I have always though Evan Lysacek was the Djokovic of Figure Skating, he's one of the main reasons I quit watching this sports, couldn't stomach his presence.

But can we agree that Johnny Weir is the motherfucking queen?

Re: Rafachat - Vol. 80: Another great year for our great champion! :D

On this chilly and wet morning, I'd like to thank our railway company NMBS for the impressive achievement of making sure that NO evening train from Brussels to Antwerp leaves on time and this record attempt was started early September. Every single evening train had delay. Half November now and still going strong, folks.

Wrote a message on twitter:
Q: Why are there so many delays between Brussels and Antwerp since early September?
A: busy line.
Q: I gathered as much. Why are you shoving trains to Leuven on our schedule, causing so many delays?
A: The traffic control centre decides which lines get priority.
Q: Thanks so much for making Leuven a priority on one of the main Belgian rail axes Brussels-Antwerp.

I'm now contemplating which Leuven politician I need to thank for this because I'm guessing it's political.

Yes yes, let's all hate on Lysacek together. I never liked him either.

Johnny was surely special, even if I wasn't among his ardent 'angels'.
He'd be like the Fognini of figure skating, I'd say.

Hilde, how long are the delays? 5 mins? 10? Don't say it's more? Maybe I need to look up this Leuven, I've no idea where it is

7 minutes, but that's on average. It doesn't sound like much but count on that on a daily basis and calculate how much time that is in a year and you've lost a lot of time.

Yesterday evening, I had 9 minutes delay. This morning, there was more trouble than usual due to sabotage , so I had about 15 minutes delay.

About 5 to 10 years ago, our trains were on time. Delays happened but they were relatively rare. Now, trains being on time is rare. Instead of investing in expensive projects, they should start with investing in decent trains that don't break down when a leaf falls on the track or a drop of rain falls on a train.

Our trains must be the most expensive on earth. But they must also be the most often on time.

Re: Rafachat - Vol. 80: Another great year for our great champion! :D

The Swiss rail system is famous for being on time and it's not as if they don't have challenges over there.

A couple of years ago, they (belgian politicians and railway people) talked about inviting Swiss experts to help with the time delays. I don't know what happened with that plan. I wouldn't be surprised it was just talk to keep the commuters silent.

One advantage to our system is that it's relatively cheap. Taking the train in England costs a fortune for example. Ridiculous how much they charge and they also have to deal with delays.

From Geneva it would be kind of cheaper to fly to Marrakech than take the train to Zurich
