Hilde

i don't even want to fathom Rafa retiring. God knows how hard I took the 7 months he missed as they also juxtaposed with some shit in my rl

She's smart. Congrats to Lausanne. Hope they have a successful season. The NHL regular season started this week; I'm hoping to get to a couple of games this season.

This, ladies and gentlemen, is why I like my bike and public transport.
Interesting and a bit surprising. I would have thought maybe Mexico City and maybe New Delhi would be on there. I guess they have a different kind of congestion.

So glad he's doing well! He's becoming more and more known here, which is rare for a tennis player.

So, Rafa lost a set and was down 0-3 against Fog in the second set if I'm not mistaken.

Let's see how many will lose the plot over this one in GM. (well, that's not counting those how lost the plot ages ago)

WTF was that?
I couldn't really watch, the Fog had wrist injury in the last set. But I really thought Rafa was out.

Me too, not often I think he's done but I really did, amazing how when he held to make it 4-2 I think he really fired himself up and put so much pressure on Fog.

Re retiring - Fedtards will truly lose it when Fed retires. That's gonna be ugly. I am so ashamed to say I shed a tear even when Agassi retired. Yes yes feel free to bash me now how much you want.

He's cute. Canadian tennis is doing so well in general. Eugenie (?) Bruchard, I really liked Vasek Pospisil, so wish he'll become more steady mentally, Polansky and Dancevic, like them too a lot, still.

News from the Estonian ice hockey - nothing good, looking pretty grim. Both the President and the Board of our Ice Hockey Union retired, money trouble... yeah what else is new. So nobody wants the job.

why would we bash you for shedding a tear over Agassi's retirement?

OMG, that's just beautiful, that article dedicated to Xavier.

Here I go again.

It's OK Hilde. We're gonna have a sob-fest when Rafa retires, at least I'm gonna need it. *group hug*
And yes I'm gonna sob when Fed retires too. I'm just like that.

Even 1-4 15-30 they say in GM. Need to watch later. Something about the scraped knee and blood *insert fangirl hysteric episode here LOL* too, guess he just fell. They say Fab was fabulous for set and a half.

Even though I'm glad Rafa won, I feel kind of bad for Fognini. He must be crushed after losing the match from such a winning position

Even baby Richard has taken a set off Ferrer! What a day!

Edit: Richard beat Ferru 6-3 6-4!

I would never shed a tear for any tennis player retiring. Even if Fed had to be murdered or something I probably wouldn't. I mean it's not like if I knew him personally

Ehhhh! So I'll have to weep for you too then when Fed retires.
I dunno, I've never been like a crybaby but well... some things make me teary-eyed more and more with age.

Cruelty to animals is about the only thing that tends to do that to me...
