Jonathan, you'd better think of a nice thread title. Looks like he's going to play.

Re: Hamburg? :scared:

I think he said last year that he planned to play in Hamburg after the Rome final. So I still have hope that he''ll withdraw.

From last year's Rome preseer:

Quote:
Q. (Through translation.) You beat him twice in a row. Do you think this might give you an extra advantage for Roland Garros?

RAFAEL NADAL: (Through translation.) Well, I don't know. We have to play Hamburg first. We're flying there tomorrow and we'll see what happens.
Be in the finals in Roland Garros is very, very far away. It's a huge number of matches, so I cannot think about this now. Hamburg tomorrow.

Q. You're definitely playing Hamburg?
RAFAEL NADAL: Yeah.

Hope dies last but I doubt it at this point. Either he feels super strong or he doesn't care about the streak at all and he'll lose/retire/withdraw later in the tournament.

Re: Rafa whores himself for points in Hamburg

still nothing about Rafa's case, i think he'll definitively play that tournament though he had better to rest in Mallorca, only one week between Hambourg and Rg.........it's not enough!!!
