Re: Wednesday Scores

Well now, Ferrero gets an early break. This is a completely different match, much to my delight.

Ferrero is definitely playing better today.

Oh no, I can just see they'll keep showing George Bush throught the match.
He's there for this too, is he? Interesting... I caught a glimpse of him in the Agassi-Roddick final earlier this year, although I missed virtually all the match thanks to more artful (ie, false) scheduling from Eurosport

ROGER FEDERER: Yeah, I remember this one time when I went on a vacation on the Maldives. That was in the year 2001, I think. I went to this spa. I went to walk around with my girlfriend. I walk in, and we want to book a spa. This guy goes, "AHH, I remember you. You beat Sampras. I saw you on TV." That was like, really, how can you remember me? This guy has probably never been off his island and still knows me. I was a little bit shocked. Then I went to play tennis with him because he was actually the tennis teacher. It was nice.

Q. Were you naked at the time in the spa?

ROGER FEDERER: No. It was at the front desk. I didn't walk in naked.

Nice guess TBE, but you're out by a few years - could be on azza's age as well for all I know, he sounds like he could be keeping something from us... except his hatred of Federer, LOL.

Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Wednesday Scores

You realise if Agassi does lose here and Scud plays in his place, that will virtually guarantee Nalbandian a spot in the semis? Not to do Philippoussis down or anything, azza could be on here and I'd hate to do that, but judging by their US Open match Big Dave has the beating of him too.
