There was a livestream for it last year and it was really fun to watch. Hopefully this year, they'll stream it too.

Tournament starts this midnight (CET). They will coverage from court 6 and there are some good matches this night from that court:

Smith-Banes
Peers-Groth
Dellacqua-Barty (women)
Saville-O'Connell

Has Smith already played. I am currently watching Groth beat Peers. Groth not looking too good though.

^ JP has played but I'm not sure of the result just yet. He was up a break in the 1st set but then I had to leave and missed the match. Judging by how far along the Groth/Peers match is though, I'd say JP managed to pull through in straight sets. They are usually very good at updating the results on their twitter page but they haven't done so as yet...

Sam needs the Grothawk back.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: Australian Open 2012 Playoff: December 6-11, 2011

My vote of confidence goes to an old mate, Matty Barton.

Duckworth should find this a handy experience. Surprised he's been playing so many clay futures this year..

So someone recently informed me that my sig was empty. Said I needed a life affirming motivational quote by a positive role model like Einstein or Oscar Wilde...

Great tip to stay fit and mobile: If you run up and down the stairs two steps at a time at least once daily, there will never come a time when you can't do it. Until of course one day you mistime a step, collapse and break all your bones... That would suck. But you had a good run.
