Roddick lucky again. Will get the Beast in 2nd round, but other than that, he can reach the SF quite easy.

Roger vs Nadal in 2nd round should be a nice match

Safin v Bjorkman rematch of AO 2002...who is in worse shape right now?

Re: Draw

There are some great matchups - Fish v. Henman should be good and actually Blake v. the Beast should be good too - and Andy will have trouble with either of them I bet.

Re: Draw

Roddick again so lucky and Ferrero had bad luck, same as Moya.

It has been a horrible draw for the spaniards.

Very bad.

Re: Draw

I think Fish vs. Henman has potential to be an interesting match up.

I think Andy has not played Max. That could be interesting.

I'd like to see a Federer/Ferrero match up. They are tied at 2 all, but one of those matches was last year in Rome where Ferrero retired. That makes it 2-1 all on hardcourt for Ferrero, but his two wins were in 2000, and they haven't played on hardcourt since last year at the Master's cup.

I think that match up might be the premier one of the tournament.

Good luck to Guga and Andy and Roger and Juan Carlos.

And of course Sjeng! and Jonas! and Jakke! and Calleri!

I expect Fish/Henman to be GREAT!

Andy played Max in Cincy this past summer in the semis. he won 76 64. I remember the match, it was tense in the first set!

Re: Draw

Yes! Now that you say that, I do recall. I was worried before the match, and very relieved that Andy won.

Thanks for the reminder.
