Tennis Coverage on TSN/Sportsnet

Hey all I figured this would be a good place to copy tweets or inform others of what TSN or Sportsnet is currently airing for tennis.

As has been mentioned before for TSN following @TSNTennis and MarkMasters are good starts.

Long rallies do not make a match more entertaining.
Your enjoyment of a match should not rely on perfection from the players.
We should all embrace variety in playing styles.

Re: Tennis Coverage on TSN/Sportsnet

Vasek is scheduled on court 14 today .. court 14 has no streams. We need to blame US Open scheduling, not TSN (although, to be fair, not sure that the Fernando / Vasek match deserves to be bumped up in priority given both their recent form).

Re: Tennis Coverage on TSN/Sportsnet

I am just seeing this thread, this is a good page for TSN ATP on TSN: National Broadcast Schedule - Article - TSN .

Sportsnet has the right for ATP 250 so I hope they will show Shapovalov early round matches at Antwerp

Doubtful. It's right at the beginning of the NHL season. Sportsnet is horrible for 'live' coverage of 250s. Their coverage outside of Rogers Cup and Davis Cup is lacking.

Re: Tennis Coverage on TSN/Sportsnet

Doesn't look like either TSN or Sportsnet is showing the Laver Cup this weekend. From the tournament website, the tournament seems to be broadcast in many (most?) countries including:

Albania Eurosport
Algeria beIN Sports
Andorra Eurosport
Angola SuperSport
Anguilla ESPN International
Antigua ESPN International
Argentina ESPN International
Armenia Eurosport
Aruba ESPN International
Ascension Island ESPN International
Australia ESPN International
Austria Sky Sport & Eurosport
Azerbaijan Eurosport

and those are just the ones starting with A. However, for the C's we have:

Cambodia Fox Sports Asia
Cameroon Supersport
Canada (French) TVA Sports
Cape Verde SuperSport
etc.

Hmm. Think we are missing something there.

TSN3 Showing Saturday coverage 1:00 PM 2017 Laver Cup: Day 2

Looks like TSN 3 from 1PM to 4PM with nothing on Friday or Sunday

Re: Tennis Coverage on TSN/Sportsnet

Apparently, on Laver's cup website, at Canada English is posted TSN as the post that would show Laver cup. Now the problem is there is I guess 6 hours difference, for EST (EDT)

Looks like TSN bought the rights for it tonight. Thought they might. It was likely never going to be Sportsnet with the NHL back this week.

Maybe someone at TSN is an MTF lurker ;-)

re: the schedule up on their website, I have to think they are going to show all the matches, not just the Sat night session like is posted right now.
