Yes he does. Very good today using their one chance so far. Nestor good too.

In the opening games, he looked rusty and a bit nervous. Kind of the weakest link on the court. Thankfully it seems like he's fully loosened up now.

The commies said he'd lost 10 pounds due to the illness.

Yeah, to be honest, I thought he was slightly overweight and shedding a couple of kilos wouldn't be bad for his tennis. So I don't mind it as long as he feels match fit.

Re: Davis Cup

The set shouldn't have been this close though, some lovely volleys from Vasek and great serving/returning from Dan! That hold with 4 straight first serve points.

OT: ‏@PPolansky: Just checked the Dallas Ch draw looks like Dancevic & Pospisil are playing each other first round. #Popcorn

Yeah, I read the report. It's not PC but I've seen that too many times to get worked up. Youngsters here are using that term that way too. He could have handled the criticism way better though.

It feels like I keep jinxing the team. and now I'm worrying if Vashy has enough energy to go through 5th set.

Re: Davis Cup

They played better when I was not watching so I stopped now Vashy looks OK to me but Dan looks very tired.

Re: Davis Cup

Oh well, it will come down to Milos now. I wouldn't have it any other way and I'm sure he wouldn't either. Playing a pressure match that means something can only help with his development.

I believe he will also move to a career best #12 if he wins tomorrow and Cilic loses (to Seppi).

Spain has the #2 dubs team in the world.

If I remember correctly, though, you were the one who said Pospisil was in better form and should have been put in over him. Fortunately for the team, Laurendeau made the right choice.
No I didn't, I only said if Vasek was match fit should he play, I don't even think Vasek should have played dubs today, I would have gone with Milos, he would have given us a better chance.

This has nothing to do with having more confidence in Frank than Milos though
