Re: Davis Cup

Who won the first set? Is Vasek still down a break?

DELPO

Also supporting known chokers Verdasco, Lopez and Monaco

They let him play tennis once after they saw his "consistency is everything" advertisement.

Maybe 4 or 5 if he wants to get more of a workout in.

I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree. I don't think any of PLD, Chvojka or Peter would have won that match, so I don't think it's really the kind of disastrous selection you seem to think it is.
Its not about if erik or duclos would of won the match its about giving yourself the best chance at a win and its about making the best possible option. Both erik and duclos have had great hardcourt seasons and both are very match tough right now, a very scratch your head decision to put polansky in there

Re: Davis Cup

0/6 BP conversion in this set. I'm afraid he can't afford another marathon match. He looks very tired already.

Come on, Vashy! BP #7.

Re: Davis Cup

I wonder if Erik or PLD wouldve done better in Polansky's place?

Re: Davis Cup

Vasek needs to win it in straight.. i dont think he has anything left in tank if it goes distance.
