Re: Vasek Pospisil

Great fight today for Pospisil. Down a set, down 3-0 in the third. He comes back to beat Gasquet and set up an all-Canadian final.

At this rate I hope Pospisil would have his own thread now.

Re: Vasek Pospisil

Too bad he tweaked his leg. He may or may not have lost anyway without the injury. Beating Gasquet twice in a week is a big ask.

Feel bad he had to pull out of doubles. I think he and Jack just need one more big result and they would be in the Finals. Hope he's okay to go next week and at USO.

Re: Vasek Pospisil

Pospisil and Sock beat Paes and Stepanek for the second time. Their match at Wimbledon was contentious, I wonder if this one was too. Not a bad day for Vasek after having pushed Federer to three sets.

Re: Vasek Pospisil

Another good win today, against the world's number 2 team, Peya/Soares. Pospisil and Sock are still undefeated and appear to be one of the best teams in the world. They could play Nestor in the semifinals.

Re: Vasek Pospisil

Another nice win, this time against Benneteau/Roger-Vasselin. In the finals they will play the Bryan brothers, a re-match of the Wimbledon final.

Re: Vasek Pospisil

Routine win today against Dragania-Mergea to get into the round of 16. Sock-Pospisil will be favoured against Berlocq-Mayer in the next round.

His up and down season continues. Up today, with a straight set win over a top 40 player. Canada leads Columbia 1-0
