Professional tennis is a complicated sport to understand all of the time, I am sure he has a reason for playing this event and I think he will hopefully be healthy completely for Newport.

Well this cheque is peanuts compared to the one he got at the French, should have skipped this event for sure, that tiny cheque isn't worth it.

Yeah, but remember that travel costs, paying your coach and other expenses cut into what ever cheque you get, so if you are getting tiny cheques you are probably more likely in the hole, so it's not worth it.

Re: Frank Dancevic

He probably played there since he was going to London for Wimbledon, and wanted to get as much money out of that trip as possible, since, if he does play Wimby, he'll for sure be in the qualies

Re: Frank Dancevic

Yeah, being in London anyway, as said. Safe to say he won't being playing qualies. I can't see him being even half right before the Rogers Cup. In today's match he didn't win a single returning serve and was just getting his serves in play, the stats suggest.

Re: Frank Dancevic

What are you talking about? I'd like to know how he is doing, so I ask in this thread, not a general tournament thread.
