I agree. He's played 3 weeks in a row ... needs a week off. No way can he go 6 weeks in a row. He's in tough to make it to London anyways, so he has got to go for the big pointers ... even a win next week (250 points) won't be enough for 9th in the race and it might just jeopardize deep runs in the last 2 tourneys.

Re: Milos Raonic

With the sad demise of the SJ tournament & change of Mexican tournament to HC, it will be interesting to see what Milos does with his schedule between AO/1R DC and IW. Given that he's probably only going to play 2 of the 4 weeks, I think realistic options are:

1. Rotterdam & Marseille: Both IH so he's got to like his chances of finally breaking his lack of a final in Europe (All 10 of his ATP finals have been in NA or Asia).
2. Rotterdam & Dubai: Both 500's and will be good fields. Dubai is fast I think & lots of $. But potentially long commute / TZ change & little rest before IW.
3. Memphis & Delray Beach: Least travel & same weeks as last year (ie. week off before IW) but both 250s
4. Memphis & Acapulco:

Personally, I'd vote for option #1 .. but I could understand anything but option #3 as reasonable. Thoughts?

Re: Milos Raonic

Atlanta? Atlanta is in July. I think you mean Delray Beach FLA.

anyways, maybe Montpellier and Acapulco. It gives him one 250 and one 500; it gives him a week between tournaments; and it sets him on the North American side of the Atlantic for the second tournament, so easier to get to IW.

My other thought was Rotterdam and Delray, but if he goes deep in Rotterdam it will be tough with the travel and the two tournaments being back to back.

LOL confusing Georgia and Florida .. and we Canadians rip Americans for not knowing our geography. Fixed.
Anyways, don't think Montpellier and Acapulco is a good option (week #1 travel from Toyko DC with no rest) and then 2 weeks off.

Re: Milos Raonic

Option 1 makes a lot of sense, that way he can maximize his training time in monaco with piatti/lubicic, it will much tougher fields then the sj and memphis was, but they served there purpose and now it's time for bigger and better things.
