2013 Indian Wells Doubles lost to the Bryan brothers in the final
Huey and Janowicz, the duo from the Philippines and Poland respectively, came into the BNP Paribas Open unseeded, defeating the teams of Andy Murray and his brother Jamie, and Americans James Blake and Mardy Fish along the way.
Huey is a doubles specialist with one ATP doubles championship at Washington D.C. in 2012, and appearances in three finals, most recently in October in Basel.
This is the first time Huey has had this kind of success with Janowicz, however. The Pole is known primarily as a singles player, and at only 22, has been to just one singles final — at Paris in November, where he lost to David Ferrer. He has never been to a doubles final.
