Re: Brydan Klein: Australia's Big Hope

No surprise though, aye Scott...

TNZ always like to dish out on the Aussies on their website BTW, like Alison Bai was mentioned as ''beatable'' in relation to Amelia Harris and some of the Aussies last year weren't exactly embraced by TNZ

Good win over Ebelthite in NZ today. Should be a good match against doubles partner Coelho tomorrow

should be in the davis cup squad, and not as hitting partner.

throw the kid in there, we're playing thailand.

Re: Brydan Klein: Australia's Big Hope

Absolutely I agree The kid is 18 and the future is in the youth of Australia and he has been doing well enough lately to prove he is on the rise. He should go to about 420 in ranking with the win in NZ.It would be good to see him get a go and from what I see he rises to big occasions well. He is good in the big matches. Go Brydan:worsh ip:

again, you're expecting way too much. Just look at Jess Moore and Fed Cup, and she's won a GS match.

Re: Brydan Klein: Australia's Big Hope

yeah exactly look at the jess moore example, threw her into the deap end instead of coddling our youngsters as usual, undoubtedly will benefit her in the long run.

um, getting a little carried away aren't we folk? let's not forget he's only won a Futures event AND pretty much on home turf. What makes Thailand such easybeats? Udomchoke has beaten Gooch already this year and Srichapan is a quality player, even though he's been out for a year. Smeets has been winning challengers abroad...why not include him?
