Re: Jamie Murray thread

I'm not expecting an awful lot from this, remember that Jamie/Eric are a fairly rookie team and they're going up against the very best doubles pairs who have been around for years. But I think this would be an unbelievable experience for them to try and get in as deep into the draw as they possibly could.

A commentator whom I was listening to just now mentioned that the Indian Wells courts are awfully slow; I'm not sure if that would affect the doubles as much as it would affect the singles though.

Re: Jamie Murray thread

Courts are slow, yes, but it's windy and good for big servers. Jamie and Eric could win a shock match or two.

Court 4? What a way to treat the hottest doubles team at the moment Thanks for the OOP, ae wowww.

Re: Jamie Murray thread

2-6, 7-5, [5-10] - tough loss, good comeback in the 2nd, as they were twice a break down, I believe.

Re: Jamie Murray thread

Moderately heartbreaking, but I'm not completely gutted. This is their first Masters Series tournament after all; hope they'd get deeper into the draw in the next ones.. kudos to them for the good run.
