Evan Hoyt

Evan seems to be going up in the tennis world, so I thought he deserves his own thread. He has been out with injury for a while now but he is only 20 years old. In 2011 he won the junior Davis cup along with Kyle Edmund and Luke Bambridge.

After winning some 10k doubles titles, he finally broke into the top 1000 of singles and won his first pro singles title in Tunisia. He later reached another 10k final in Tunisia again but unfortunately lost to Jankovits.

But now he is up to 705 in the ATP rankings. This week he has already beaten former junior Davis cup team mate, Bambridge at $15,000 Tipton and now plays Lloyd Glasspool in the QFs.
