How to sign up as a manager

Every Tennis Tipping player is allowed to do managing. New managers usually start with challenger tournaments but there is no rule on it. If you want to manage a tournament, make sure that you have enough time every day to do the updates and post the differences. You just have to ask for a free tournament in the TT Managers thread and the thread owner (Marto) will confirm your managing by adding your name on the front page - or in case of any absence one of the other Board Members.

Please make sure you update your front pages when your event ends - these are used by Gavin and Sergio for their rankings.

If anybody has any questions on any aspects of managing or wants to try out but is unsure on anything – the Board Members are :-

keqtqiadv
Marto
Boarder35m (Mahqz has currently joined the Board as a temporary back up until Boarder35m returns)
AdeyC
ibreak4coffee

Re: Tennis Tipping Managers 2013 - Need manager for Varna

You only may remove somebody if he/she is banned until the start of the tournament or he/she withdraws him/herself. And I don't think Mae is banned? Or am I wrong?
I don't think he/she is banned. Matthew posted that info in both week 19 and 20 CHs, as a doubles partner.

So I'm leaving Mae in the singles draw, and then replace with LL if I don't get picks - the usual?

Someone, please, post the OOP for Rio Quente when it's released. I have to go to sleep, and I don't think I'll be online until 1-2AM local time.

Re: Tennis Tipping Managers 2013 - Need manager for Varna

I posted on the wrong thread. I will certainly need somebody to run the qualies next week end in busan. No need to post diff on time - I know the time schedule is complicated for most of you, but at least manage the qualies.

That time zone isn't the best for me, but I'll make it happen :D

Just the qualies you said?

Re: Tennis Tipping Managers 2013 - June tournaments in posts 1 and 440

Someone told me that there was a big demand for managers, but I woke up and found that pretty much every tournament was taken

So I'll definitely do Nottingham 2 CH ;)

Re: Tennis Tipping Managers 2013 - June tournaments in posts 1 and 440

This is first time in 2013 when there are such are big number of managers .
This is a very positive aspect, people are attracted not only to play the game, but also to manage it. And day by day there are more and more players!!

Congratulations to all managers and to the TT Board members. :worship:

Re: Tennis Tipping Managers 2013 - June tournaments in posts 1 and 440

This is my last month for managing till October :)

And Wimbledon will be my 50th event :rocker2:
Hmmm, Rome next week will be my 41st - you know what I'll be thinking now that you've said that :p

I think I may like to start managing! Could I have a list of tournaments that aren't taken? Thanks! :)

Guys, if you are in North/South America, you need to wake up around 5-6AM to post the diff on time... Be aware!
