Re: Björn Phau?

OK Good luck then - Here are the quotes from atptennis.com!

Ginepri-match:
Phau: "It feels great. I didn't expect to win this match because Robby's played well the past few months. I've wanted to go out and fight all week, that's what I've done. I do like it here. I've played were well here. I had confidence because I had reached the quarterfinals here last year."
Carlsen-match:
Phau: "From the beginning I was really focused, and maintained that until the end of the match. Kenneth didn't have his best day, but I stayed concentrated until the end."
Spadea-match:
Phau: "It was definitely much better than yesterday. It was a good level. It was really tough. I played really well, had less unforced errors and served well. I always play really well here, I like it here."

Re: Björn Phau?

Bjorn couldn't beat up Ancic. What a shame!
I saw thier play at semifinal ,Bjorn was having trouble with his serve again.
He said he was not angry with himself that he lost, but he was angry about the way he played.(atp official site)

But Japanese his fans were touched by his play.
I told Bjorn ''Thank you. Thanks to him we were exciting!! We were on his side.''
He smiled coyly. Um... is he shy?
I'm looking forward to seeing him next year.

Re: Björn Phau?

After his loss to Moya in Vienna he will obviously take a week off next week. Then in week 43 and 44 he will be the top seeded player in Seoul and Busan (Korea).

Re: Björn Phau?

Bjorn's first opponent is Gouichi Motmura who is same Japanese.
I hate Japanese players, I'm a Japanese though.
Go Bjorn!
