Re: Who is your favourite German player?

Benedikt Dorsch,

I got to see him last year winning the NCAA singles, and he was pretty awesome if you ask me. Already he's climbing the rankings since graduating.

To be honest I think that he never had a good run in his career.

Thron has earned 13 of his 24 points with wildcards. And of course because of those points he got direct entry to some tournaments and won another 11 points.

I think he doesn't deserve the hype he gets. He gets all the advantages thanks to Hordorff and that's what I hate. We really have about FIFTY German players who are better than him and they all don't get wildcards.

Just look at players like Kamke, who actually can play tennis and doesn't get anything.

And then this idiot "Kellermann", who is his webmaster, is making polls about Thron playing Daviscup. WTF?! This child doesn't win a match on future level and still he gets such a hype?! Unbelievable!

Haas for his game, but Schüttler seems like a great guy.

this Kellermann guy really is an idiot. On Rainers HP he asks those silly questions too. You're probably right about Thron, he gets a lot of hype, because he is that Tommy Haas type and he seems to have a lot of fans. I like him, but I am as unsure as you are, if he will ever be a good pro.

Neither Alexiana or I are claiming Joschi is some totally amazing player, but we still like him. I also do agree some of the things his agents do are a bit much, but I wouldn't be turning down wildcards if I was Joschi. Hopefully things get better, because I think he worries a little too much about girls and partying.

Re: Who is your favourite German player?

I used to like Kleftakos the best, but now he plays for Greece, so I'd have to say Waske.

Marcos Baghdatis Forever!

Through the good and the bad, always my #1, no matter what the rankings say
